Lisvane Panthers Under 15A
Lisvane Panthers Football Club are based in Lisvane, Cardiff and play at Mini and Junior levels in the Cardiff and District League. Our youngest players are in the Under 8 age group where they spend 4 seasons playing in the Mini League. The Juniors play in the Under 12 to Under 16 age group and we also have a team in the South Wales Youth League.

President's message
Once again we have enjoyed another season as members of Lisvane Panthers Football Club.
With the passing of time, over many years now, we have developed from the Cardiff & District League’s lesser known club into its largest club, fielding over 300 players on a Saturday morning.
This is in addition to a youth team and two senior teams playing in local Sunday Leagues.
The club is extremely fortunate in its management staff, all volunteers, who uphold, sometimes under difficult circumstances, the ethos of Lisvane Panthers – to develop through sport, a sense of enjoyment, friendship and sportsmanship, introducing young people to teamwork.
Applied discipline in coaching sessions teaches self discipline when playing against opposing teams. With time, these characteristics have played, and will continue to play an important role in encouraging ‘Panthers’ to grow up into sensible young people and worthwhile citizens.
At the age of 84 years, I can no longer be out on the field with you during the Winter months, but I am always interested in each individual team’s performances.
We have had some recent successes in winning cups, performing well in divisions and having many individuals play at school and representative level. ‘Well done boys’! Equally, ‘well done’ to every successful team.
However, my real delight is to say ‘Well done and thank you’ to the players who have been on the losing side but who have persevered. Keep going and the results will follow.
With the warmer weather, I hope to come and watch, and perhaps help with, the pre-season activities. Without the wonderful support of managers, coaches, sponsors, family supporters and players, we would not be the successful club we now are.
Many thanks to all that contribute to our continued success. I am very fortunate in being your President and very appreciative of everyone who spoils me in so many different ways.
